The Top Brain Foods- Another Xcellent Solution!

So here is a quick read for you!  Get more of these foods into your diet and become a smarter person!

The top super brain foods are as follows:

  1. Fish (Salmon, Tuna are the best)
  2. Broccoli
  3. Cauliflower
  4. Avocado
  5. Nuts
  6. Seeds (Avocados, nuts, and seeds, are a great source of vitamin E)
  7. Dark chocolate ( 1oz. per day)
  8. Berries
  9. Whole grains ( oatmeal, brown rice)
  10. Red whine
  11. Caffeine (300-400 mil. a day or three cups of coffee)

So there you have it!  You have just been provided with another solution to your fitness needs!
