West Valley Sexual Predator at Large!

I just wanted to take a few moments to bring up the fact that there is someone in the west valley preying on young childeren coming home from school. He is doing this in broad daylight! What's more, is that there are more and more people out there with bad intentions on their mind.

This is why talking to your children about safety precautions is more important than ever! Let me just give some tips to remember.

• Children should never travel alone.
• Use your voice and yell fire, or something else that will draw attention to your situation.
• Never stop trying to get away if you are taken. (kick, bite, scratch, spit,--Do not be a victim.)
• Have a plan of action and discuss them with your children so that it is a matter of habit.

Remember it easier to stay prepared than to get prepared. I am here to help.
